K-Laser

class-iv-therapy-laser-cube-4-medicalK-Laser Class IV therapeutic lasers
deliver specific red and near-infrared wavelengths of laser light to induce a photochemical reaction and therapeutic effect. Physiological effects include increased circulation, reduced inflammation, pain reduction and enhanced tissue healing. Laser therapy has been used in Europe since the 1970s and was cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2005.

How many K-Laser treatment sessions are necessary?

The measurable effects of K-Laser therapy are cumulative in nature, and usually require multiple treatments.  Many times the patient will experience relief immediately after the first treatment.  The number of sessions will depend on the exact diagnosis, age and overall health status of the patient. In general, acute conditions can be treated more frequently and require fewer visits, typically 4-6. Chronic conditions may require 6, 8 or 10 more visits.
